How do I book an appointment? To book an appointment, click on the 'Booking' menu. Complete the Tattoo Form completely. Once you submit your form, I or my assistant will respond within a couple days with a price estimate or any additional questions I have for you. Once the price estimate and the design plan are confirmed, visit My Calendar and you can book your session for a date and time that's best for your schedule. I would suggest you schedule your session as quickly as possible as my books fill up very quickly, especially weekend slots. Once they are all filled, I will close my books until the next booking period which is usually every 2 months. After you select a date/time, you will receive a confirmation text and an email for your new tattoo appointment. If you have any additional questions or concerns, feel free to email me at yayainkart@gmail.com

How do you price my tattoo? It depends on many factors, including the size, the detailing required and the body placement. Currently, my sessions are flat rated day rates. Bookable by Quarter Day, Half Days, or Full days. When you submit your tattoo form with your ideas and description, it helps me gather information and determine the length of time and work it will require to complete your tattoo and which SESSION TYPE to book.
-
What is your policy for deposits and rescheduling my session? You can view my complete tattoo policy on my website at Policy. I'm happy to discuss with you any questions or concerns you may have after you review it.
-
Can I see the design before my appointment?I do not show or send my drawings prior to any sessions. I trust that you have included sufficient information, details, examples and parameters regarding your tattoo in your form to give me a clear scope of what you hope for in your tattoo. I commit extensive time into drawing your tattoo prior to your appointment. I prefer to share the design with you the day of your appointment and go over any changes in person together.

What if I am a returning client with a new project? If you are one of my repeat clients, you will still to need to submit a new tattoo form if it is a new project. If we are continuing a sleeve or existing tattoo or it is a second session book under the "Returning Client Continuation Session", you will get priority scheduling.

I need to reschedule my appointment, What do I do?If you need to reschedule your appointment with me, you must notify me via email at least 48 hours before your appointment. If you fail to notify me before then you unfortunately forfeit that deposit. I understand life happens and sometimes you need to change a date. I offer you 1 grace reschedule if you notify me within the 48 hours. If you need to reschule again after the 1st rescheduled appointment, unfortunately the deposit will be forfeited as well {regardless if you notify me before the 48 hours}. Your deposit is valid for 3 months for the first reschedule, if you fail to communicate with me or my assiasnt about a new date for you reschedule; you will need to rebook your appointment on my site with a new deposit. This is a policy I had to imply because of constant rescheduling clients that get pushed back so far, that they leave gaps in my schedule and it gets very hard to fill, And that spot someone else who wanted that appointment couldn't get. So please be mindful of the dates you are scheduling with me and make sure you are picking dates that work for you and not to just take the spot, because this policy is non-negotiable and has been sign and agreed to when you book with me. Sorry to sound like such a mean boss lady, I really do love you babes just have had some difficult situations and want to make a better system for me and my time and others who want to get tattooed as well!

Is a deposit required to book?Yes, I require a non-refundable Deposit to hold your tattoo appointment and draw your design. In the event that you can not make your appointment, you may roll your deposit fee to a new date, only if you notify me min. 48 hour prior to your appointment date. I allow one (1) rescheduled session. After the second time, you forfeit your deposit. You would be required to pay a new deposit if you re-book your session, regardless of the 48 hour policy. If you fail to arrive and notify me within 20 minutes of your appointment date/time, it will be considered a 'no-show' appointment and you will forfeit your deposit, and banned from my books for any future sessions. If you can not make your appointment for any reason, simply contact me! I respect your time, so I kindly ask that you respect mine in return, and we will create something awesome together.

Can I change my design after I book my appointment?I prefer that you do not change the design you have submitted on your form. I accept client projects based on the information provided on their form. If the change is signficant, I may no longer be able to do your tattoo if I determine it is not within my style or skill level or scheduling conflicts. Small additions or removal of the original form design ideas are acceptable. Although If you require the whole design to change, you must notify me and submit a new tattoo form at least one (1) week prior to your appointment. However, that does not guarantee that your changes or new submission will be approved and is subject to denial.

Do you cover-ups tattoos?Regarding cover-ups, I’m open to smaller projects, but each situation will be evaluated individually. My preference is to work with clients who are comfortable granting me creative freedom, as this allows me to achieve the most successful results. To get started, please complete the TATTOO FORM and provide a clear photo of the entire area to be covered. Once the form is submitted, if there are any questions or if further clarification is needed about our approach, we can schedule a consultation. This will enable me to assess the existing tattoo more thoroughly and determine the best strategy for an effective cover-up. Let’s turn that ink into something remarkable!

How do I book mutiple time slots if my tattoo will take longer than one session? If you've received an email from me or my team confirming your tattoo estimate and session, and I have suggested that you book more than one session, go to My Calendar. Click the button to view my online calendar and you can book multiple sessions where there are available slots showing. As my calendar fills quickly, I would advice that you reserve several dates in advanced to ensure we can finish your project as consistently and efficiently as possible. I do occassionally reserve dates on my calendar for these circumstances, but I can not guarantee them.

What is the best aftercare for my new tattoo? Please Refer to my Aftercare webpage on my website But a little quick run down is to put into a simple phrase, "Keep it clean!" The 2 main products you need for the next month is 'LubriDerm Lotion' and 'Dial/Anti-Bacterial Soap' 1. Wash your tattoo with soap and water and dab dry. 2. Put a thin layer of plain, boring white lotion. 3. Repeat morning and nite for the first month of getting your new ink. Easy as that! For the first 2 weeks be aware of what surfaces your open wound is touching ( such as counters, tables, gym equipment, or other people). No soaking water and excess sun for this time as well, that means no lake parties, beach parties, basically social distance yourself with dirty water and people. It also may scab or peel similar to a sunburn, just leave it alone your body is just healing. Even though it may itch like a motherf... Fight. The. Urge. Your tattoo will thank you in the end.

Do you take group or couple tattoos on the same date?Yes, I absolutely do! Please put in the 'additional notes' box on your Tattoo Form that you and another person are requesting to get tattoos done together during the same date and session. Please have each person complete their own tattoo form, so I can determine the best design for each person's tattoo.
