All deposits are non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule your session, you must notify me at least 48 hours before your appointment date and time. I will roll your deposit to a new date to hold. Failure to notify me within 48 hours will result in the loss of your whole deposit.

The deposit does apply to the appointment. After your session, the deposit from booking will be deducted to the end of session price.

You are permitted to reschedule only one (1) session where your deposit can be applied to a new date (if you notify me before 48 hours before your appointment). Any subsequent rescheduled appointments will result in the forfeit of your deposit, even with a 48-hour notifications; no exceptions. To reschedule your session, you must coordinate it with me via email. Your first rescheduled deposit will only be valid for three (3) months. If a new session is not scheduled within three (3) months of the rescheduled request, your deposit will be forfeited.

Failure to arrive at your appointment after 20 minutes without contacting with me will be considered a ‘no-call, no-show’ appointment. This may result in the forfeit of your deposit, a cancellation fee charge, and you may be banned from my books from any future sessions.

I do not show or send my drawings prior to the appointment date. We will review it during your session and discuss any changes in person.

If you request 30% or more of the drawing changed, drawing time for all edits will apply towards your appointment time.

If you request to change the whole design completely after booking, you must submit a new form to my assistant at a minimum of one (1) week before your appointment. However, I can not guarantee the approval of your re-submission or the immediate reschedule of your session as it would need to accommodate date my existing bookings. You will be subject to the loss of your deposit if the change is denied. I can refer you to another tattoo artist, or you may substitute it for a small design during your scheduled appointment to replace the non-refundable deposit paid.

I understand your concern if my policy appears strict or harsh. However, due to past clients that have taken advantage of my flexibility and generosity, I have had to implement these additional rules. I appreciate your understanding and for supporting my business.
